蓄熱式焚燒爐(RTO)換向閥的結(jié)構(gòu)分析!

換向閥的平面閥板與密封端面通過直接接觸實現(xiàn)密封。閥板閉合后,因加工、裝配精度低導(dǎo)致密封不嚴(yán),廢氣在壓力作用下流動,在閥板處形成少許內(nèi)漏,不通過蓄熱體及爐膛焚燒直接排放。同時,閥桿在往復(fù)運(yùn)動中對密封填料造成磨損,使廢氣通過填料直接泄漏到大氣中,發(fā)生外漏。

1.閥桿材料及其連接結(jié)構(gòu)換向閥的主要動件是閥桿和圓形閥板,因閥門動作頻繁,密封結(jié)構(gòu)及支撐結(jié)構(gòu)負(fù)荷較大。加之爐中廢氣溫度較高且有較強(qiáng)的腐蝕性,裝置運(yùn)行一段時間后,閥桿與閥板均發(fā)生了一定的磨損與破壞。

Therefore, measures such as reducing weight, replacing materials, and increasing displacement compensation mechanisms should be taken to ensure that the valve plate and stem have a longer service life and better sealing effect.

2.閥板密封結(jié)構(gòu)原設(shè)計中,圓形閥板僅通過與密封面接觸時自身發(fā)生形變來進(jìn)行密封。

一、閥桿及其連接構(gòu)件

如某涂布行業(yè)企業(yè),一臺55000Nm3/h處理量的RTO,在換向閥設(shè)計中的幾個取值,如閥桿為直徑60mm的實心桿,材質(zhì)為不銹鋼,閥板為直徑 1300mm,厚3-10mm 的圓形板,材質(zhì)同為不銹鋼。在運(yùn)行一段時間后,閥桿與閥板表面均出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的腐蝕與磨損??紤]到長期運(yùn)行時的設(shè)備工況,需要同時滿足力學(xué)性能、表面硬度、耐腐蝕性三方面要求,因此理想的替代材料有調(diào)制鋼不銹鋼或其他合金鋼。

閥桿自身的磨損與閥桿支撐軸承的磨損均會導(dǎo)致活塞桿與閥桿的同心度偏差進(jìn)一步加大。改進(jìn)的辦法是在過渡頭與活塞桿之間增加一個浮動接頭。浮動接頭允許兩側(cè)連接桿發(fā)生偏心滑動和球面滑動,它能夠?qū)钊麠U與閥桿之間的偏心量進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,使得換向閥在長期使用過程中穩(wěn)定高效地運(yùn)行,降低RTO換向閥運(yùn)行安全隱患。

1.改進(jìn)后的閥板密封結(jié)構(gòu)在密封面上加工兩道密封槽,選用適當(dāng)?shù)膹椥泽w材料作為密封體;利用密封體的回彈性補(bǔ)償閥板與密封面之間的平行度偏差。同時,利用兩道密封體形成迷宮密封結(jié)構(gòu),阻止有機(jī)廢氣泄漏,提高RTO處理效率。換向閥高溫側(cè)的環(huán)境溫度可達(dá)到300℃甚至更高(如部分行業(yè)需增加反燒工藝),因此要求密封體材料在高溫下具有良好的物理、化學(xué)特性穩(wěn)定性。膨脹石墨的耐溫性出色,同時兼具較好的回彈性,非常適用于目的工況。

2.改進(jìn)后的閥板密封結(jié)構(gòu)在密封面上增加集氣室,增加壓縮空氣接口,內(nèi)部通入正壓,以保證換向閥的零泄漏。
