　　因為處理氣體、冷卻氣體、及再生氣體都通過轉輪的蜂窩孔。因此，氣流中粉屑過多會使轉輪蜂窩孔堵塞。所以根據粉屑的種類、程度，在處理氣體入口處需要設置空氣過濾器。對于轉輪的保養(yǎng)也要有很多注意事項！

　　1.定期檢查轉輪的外觀、堵塞情況等，確認是否有異常。若發(fā)現(xiàn)堵塞的前兆，請使用吸塵器進行清掃，或用水清洗。2.若灰塵堆積己經使蜂窩孔完全堵塞了的話，清洗工作會變得非常困難。3.若初期狀態(tài)的話，通過用吸塵器吸收應該能比較容易除去粉屑。一旦變得固化，就必須使用水來清洗了。4.用水進行清洗時，請事先通過室外空氣使轉輪冷卻后再進行。清洗時使用的水溫需要低于50°C，請一定要避免使用蒸汽。另外，因為堿水有可能成為引起轉輪性能劣化的原因，請避免使用。

　　1.外氣導入;推薦將外氣代替工廠排放氣導入轉輪。2.將處理風機關閉,但是如果有排氣從排放口逆流回轉輪時，請運轉處理風機，此時可保持最低風量（運轉）節(jié)約運行成本。3.再生溫度升溫；到設定溫度（250°C）為止的升溫過程，至少要經過1小時以上，以定速回轉運行。4.在250°C溫度穩(wěn)定后，請維持該狀態(tài)運轉24小時（推薦，最少12小時）注意：①高溫活化運轉前請確認轉輪表面沒有煙霧顆粒附著。②如果升溫過程太快會導致濃縮轉輪起火。③再生溫度超過250℃時，轉輪表面固化層、密封條、密封膠、風管以及附帶裝置有受熱損傷的風險。

　　1.定期檢查、清洗轉輪前面過濾裝置，以保證廢氣中顆粒含量低，避免轉輪堵塞影響效率；2.定期巡檢轉輪前后兩室風壓，若出現(xiàn)風壓壓差較大，檢查是否由堵塞情況；3.定期給轉輪鏈條上油，保證使用壽命；4.若風機風量改變，可根據濃度、以及濃縮情況適當調節(jié)轉輪轉速、以及脫附風機風量，前提保證脫附效果；5.脫附溫度維持在200-220度，以保證達到很好的脫附效果；6.設備停運時先關閉轉輪進風風機，然后關閉電加熱器，待輪子空轉2-3圈關閉脫附風機，最后關閉轉輪電機。7.轉輪主軸兩端定期上油保養(yǎng)；8.注意電動機減速機散熱；9.定期檢查轉輪表面是否有脫落現(xiàn)象；10.定期更換密封條；
