一、貯存庫定義貯存1種或多種危險廢物的倉庫式貯存設施。

　　1、貯存庫應根據危險廢物的形態(tài)、物理化學性質、包裝形式和污染物遷移途徑，采取必要的防風、防雨、防曬、防漏、防滲、防腐以及其他環(huán)境污染防治措施，不應露天堆放危險廢物。

　　1. Storage facilities should take necessary measures to prevent wind, rain, sun, leakage, seepage, corrosion, and other environmental pollution based on the form, physical and chemical properties, packaging form, and pollutant migration pathway of hazardous waste. 　　8. For storing liquid hazardous waste, liquid leakage blocking facilities should be installed, and the minimum volume of the blocking facilities should not be less than 1/10 of the maximum liquid waste container volume or the total liquid waste storage capacity (whichever is greater); Leachate collection facilities should be designed for those that may produce leachate, and their volume should meet the requirements for collecting leachate.

　　9、貯存易產生粉塵、VOCs、酸霧、有毒有害大氣污染物和刺激性氣味氣體的貯存庫，應設置氣體收集裝置和凈化設施，排氣筒高度應符合GB 16297要求。

　　四、容器和包裝物污染控制要求

　　1、材質、內襯應與盛裝的危險廢物相容。

　　2、應滿足相應的防滲、防漏、防腐和強度等要求。

　　2. It should meet the corresponding requirements for anti-seepage, leak proof, anti-corrosion, and strength.

　　3、硬質容器和包裝物及其支護結構堆疊碼放時不應有明顯變形，無破損泄漏。

　　五、貯存過程污染控制要求

　　1、常溫常壓下不易水解、不易揮發(fā)的固態(tài)危廢可分類堆放貯存，其他固態(tài)危廢（易水解或易揮發(fā)）應裝入容器或包裝物內貯存。

　　1. Solid hazardous waste that is not easily hydrolyzed or volatile under normal temperature and pressure can be classified and stored, while other solid hazardous waste (easily hydrolyzed or volatile) should be stored in containers or packaging materials.

　　六、標識標牌設置要求1、危險廢物貯存設施標志設于貯存庫外入口1側墻壁上，盡量與視線高度一致。

　　6、 Requirements for the installation of identification signs: 1. The sign for hazardous waste storage facilities should be placed on the wall on the first side of the entrance outside the storage facility, and should be as close as possible to the line of sight.

　　要求：①背景顏色為黃色（RGB顏色值為255,255,0），字體和邊框顏色為黑色（RGB顏色值為0,0,0）；②字體采用黑體字，“危險廢物貯存設施”應加粗放大并居中；③整體尺寸900mm×558mm，三角形外邊長500mm、內邊長375mm；④采用堅固耐用材料，如冷軋鋼板做搪瓷或貼膜處理。2、危險廢物貯存分區(qū)標志設于每個貯存分區(qū)處墻壁上，采用立柱式則設于分區(qū)前通道位置。
